The illusionist ceilings with angels and birds, and the wall paintings showing biblical and mythological scenes are typical of late 17th century style. The grand house at Havenrak 25-29 is L-shaped. In addition to the bedsteads there is an original stuccoed Louis XVI mantelpiece and a tiled wall featuring scenes from the Bible.
